VastNed Retail was founded in 1986 and invests in good rentable shops, malls and major retailshops at the best locations in the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and Portugal. Many well-known chains hire locations from VastNed Retail. The portfolio is invested for 95% in stores and for 5% in other property. These are mostly apartments located above the shops. VastNed manage almost all objects themselves.
