Profile
Euro Commercial Properties invests exclusively in malls and shops, offices and premises in the European Union. More than 80% of the portfolio is invested in shopping locations, mainly in Italy. Investments take place only in wealthy countries in Western Europe, which have a well developed banking and investment industry, and liquid real estate markets where reliable statistical and economic data is available. The activities are mainly in Italy (43%) and France (35%), but also in the Netherlands (6%) and Sweden (16%).
