After the acquisition the it was the largest listed property fund in Europe. Unibail's history began in 1968 as a finance lease facility. Rodamco Europe was founded eleven years later as an investment fund of Robeco. Unibail-Rodamco is a real estate investor with a primary focus on retail property.
